Watching my last post I realised that I posted several of the acts shown. But these guys were always underrated, though they were one of the very few german noise-rock bands from the early 90s who got international recognition. They started in 1989, made a session for John Peel in 1991 and later had releases on Amphetamine Reptile and Roadrunner Records.
Here is their 1st full length album from 1992 - in the vein of Bastro, Jesus Lizard or Phantom Toolbooth: Party Diktator - "Worldwide" (224Kbps)
