Lee Rosevere - "Music For MOBA" (2009)

Canadian artist Lee Rosevere likes to experiment with many styles, including sample-based and avant-garde projects. He has released a series of Creative Commons albums and contributed tracks to Comfort Stand, WM Recordings, Oddio Overplay, proc-records, 20 kbps, Oceanbase and enough records.

This is an eclectic collection of new compositions by Lee, each piece inspired by a particular painting from the Museum of Bad Art in Massachusetts. There are 21 pieces in all, each one named after the artwork it was inspired by.

It's been released on his label Happy Puppy Records. On his site you can even enjoy an audiovisual slideshow so can you can watch the art while listening to the according song !
