Zloty Dawai - "Jazz Nazis Must Die !" (2002)

I am sure there must be some really early tapes out there. But this is Zloty Dawai's first official album release. It was self-distributed via mail. In 2005 they started to release on dutch WM Recordings.

"Zloty Dawai's effortless ability to go from dreamscapes to chaos is fascinating. There is a special empathy between the musicians. This type of music always runs the risk of sounding indulgent and meaningless. Yet there is a clear communication of structure and meaning in this improvisatory feast. This experimental music begs for repeated listenings. There is so much going on that each listen will reveal new layers."

You can get and read the raves about their later albums down here !

WFMU played a bunchfull of their tracks including this album's "The Day I Lost My Gravity Belt".

Get it here: Zloty Dawai - "Jazz Nazis Must Die !" (320Kbps)

And enjoy !
